quality, service and value. We are so confident that you will be
completely satisfied with our products, that we offer a 30-day money
back guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your purchases for
any reason, and if you purchased through us, simply return the unused
portion, in the original container, within 30 days of the date you
receive the product for a prompt credit.

HP return policy is for 60 days.
Our Return Policy
Please call 1-877-222-9567 for a Return Authorization Number and
further instructions. This is necessary to ensure that you, the
customer, are given proper credit and your return is appropriately
tracked back to us.
All
returns are refunded based on the unused portion. Empty bottles
will not be accepted. We do not refund for shipping. Any products
returned for credit or exchange must be returned prepaid
within 30 days* from receipt of shipment. Our guarantee
is for 30 days* from the date you receive your product to the date
postmarked on your return.
Star
Health and Beauty, LLC does not guarantee results of any products
as results vary from person to person.

your protection:
1. Have delivery person note on freight bill the nature
and extent of damages
2. Do not destroy packing materials until shipment is inspected
or your are otherwise instructed.
3. Call Star Health and Beauty, LLC and speak to Customer
Service (1-877-222-9567) if the product has been damaged.
Shortages:
1.
All shortages must be reported within 10 days of shipping
2. Check number of items delivered against the quantity
shown on your invoice (be sure to check the backordered column
first if something is missing). Also, empty the entire package
for any product that may be buried in the packing material.
3. If there is a discrepancy, contact Star Health and Beauty,
LLC.com Customer Service
(1-888-246-8670).
These procedures are necessary to ensure that you, the customer,
are given proper credit, products are not lost, and confusion
is avoided.
*This guarantee is for 30 days from the date you received your
product(s) to the date postmarked on the return. No refunds on
books or shipping. Star Health and Beauty, LLC does not guarantee
results for this or any other product. More than one partially
use bottle will be combined as one bottle for the purpose of refund.
Example: Two 1/2 full bottles of any one product are returned
for a refund. These bottles will be considered to equal one bottle
of product for the refund purposes.
These
